Care In the Office - Pack of 10 Click here to go back to the top of the page. You and the Health & Safety at Work Act - Pack of 10
Care In the Office - Pack of 10 An office is only as safe – or unsafe – as the people who work in it.

Aimed at employees, this leaflet outlines individual responsibilities under the Health and Safety at Work Act. It debunks the myth that offices are necessarily ‘safe’ by showing the types of accidents that can occur in an office such as fire, falls and collisions and manual handling. Amongst other things it advises on the correct layout of furniture, the maintenance of equipment and proper lifting and handling techniques.

You and the Health & Safety at Work Act - Pack of 10Employers have a legal duty to make sure that their employees are aware of their legal responsibilities with regard to health and safety at work, and this leaflet helps you do just that.

Ideal for all employees, it is an excellent introduction to their obligations under the Health and Safety at Work Act. The use of cartoons means this is an attractive, easy to read leaflet.
